The Bill (Reg. No6044) suggests the implementation of the fact that in the course of bringing the pre-trial hearings materials the criminal investigator is obliged to hand after the demand of victim, civil claimant, civil defendant or their representatives attested copy of pre-trial investigation materials, that is recorded in the minutes on end of investigation and on bringing the materials of the case. It adoption would facilitate the strengthening of the protection of human and citizens constitutional rights.
